We provide the search functionality on this site as an easy way to find your desired products. We will not tolerate any misuse of these tools.
Search results are done in real time but there is a small possibility that the results you view will differ from product details if someone is updating the system at the same time. If this happens to you, simply rerun your search.
Product description
It is obviously in our interest to ensure all prices displayed on the site are correct. Unfortunately this is not always possible and as a result we reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing has obviously gone wrong.
If you think you have spotted a mistake in the product description please contact us and we will try and correct the details. Please ensure you send us the name or address of the product in question and a brief description of what details you think are incorrect.

Checkout
- Payment for items in your basket is not taken until your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch.
- Please be aware we DO NOT accept Solo or Electron cards. Please use an alternative method of payment.
- Your payment card must be registered at your delivery address - If you'd like your order delivered to another address, please contact us with the details so we can re-arrange.
- Please ensure the delivery address is filled in as accurately as possible. Orders with incomplete addresses may not be delivered by our couriers and an extra charge will be made for redelivery if the package is returned to Onlyfinebeer.
- In the event of an order that has been sent being cancelled, we will refund the value of the order minus delivery charges, once the beer is safely returned to us.
- If an order is delivered but there is no-one in, a card will be left with details of how to collect your package of beer OR how to arrange redelivery from the courier. Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 5.00. Deliveries outside of these core hours can be made at extra cost. Please leave details of your requirements in the comments section and we will call you to clarify your needs and confirm costs.
Maintenance
The site has scheduled maintenance once a month. This lasts two hours from 2 am (GMT) on the first day of every month.
