Skinners, Cornish Knocker
Best premium bitter and supreme champion at the 1998 SIVA maltings beer festival. Not to sweet with a fresh flowery aroma. Cornish Knockers are the local tin mine fairys who by knocking used to lead miners to the best seams in return for the crusts of the Cornish pasties. With the demise of mining they have had to come above ground and learn a new trade of brewing fabulous beers.
