At Marston’s, Single Malt is brewed using 100% Golden Promise Malt, one of the oldest varieties of brewing barley, and one that has been popular over the years with whisky distillers. Our brewers feel that it’s notable, yet subtle flavour is well worth its premium price. Our Scottish Golden Promise malt combines with our fine English aroma hops to produce a beer with a flavour that is subtly different from any other….. as distinctive as a single malt whisky.
