The Tayberry is a cross between a raspberry and a balckberry. Originally grown in the Tay Valley region of Scotland. Roisin tastes of all the good things a micro brewed beer should (malt and hops) but with a distinct delicate fruit aroma. The beer is pink in colour and best enjoyed cold.
