Angel Organic Lager 5% abv
This classic lager is brewed to the exacting standards required by the Soil Association Certification Ltd. of the United Kingdom.
The malt is prepared from Organically grown UK barley.
The hops are grown in New Zealand where the absence of pests means high quality hops can be grown organically.

A bottom fermenting lager yeast has been specially selected
and fermentation is carried out at 11°C for 14 days.
The end result is a pale golden refreshing lager
with all the delicate flavours and aromas expected in a
premium lager.
At 5.0% ABV a lager for those who know and care about what they eat and drink.
