2001 saw Badger winning the Tesco Beer Challenge for the second time in 3 years, where Golden Glory was a unanimous favourite amongst the judges. Beating 84 other nominated ales, the distinct flavours and peachy/melon aroma of Golden Glory caught the judges attention from the outset.
