Good floral and perfumed hop aroma with strong citrus fruit character.
Initial mouth sweetness with clean bitterness, drying to an ashy burnt finish.
A full-bodied copper coloured ale brewed with just Goldings and Fuggles, the two most prized English varieties of hop.
Huffkin takes its name from a Kentish teacake, which is often flavoured with hops, especially at the time of harvesting hops in September.
Huffkin is available from September to November.
