A fruity, sour Belgian style of ale, which uses stale hops, to avoid bitterness and is allowed to ferment using wild yeast.
The beer is golden yellow, slightly cloudy. The bouquet is rich and grapey. The palate is dry probably Muscat. Very tasty.
