The Original Münchner Dunkel gets its firey dark, gold-brown colour and its full hearty taste from the traditional bottom-fermented brewing procedure using dark, quality barley malt. Lager beer replaced dark beer at the end of the 19th Century on the popularity scale, but today it's experiencing a strong comeback with its traditional strong taste.
