If Maris Otter malts is the body of our beer then the hops are its spirit. Each year we choose our hops not just by the farm but by the individual garden and time of harvest. One older variety Challenger, and one new, Boadica, used as unprocessed whole leaf hops. Extravagant, perhaps, but delicious.
